I'd Rather Sell, I Think!

I have a condo unit - I said "have," not "own!" It's a friend's but he's not in town.

It is in the Philippines, in Eastwood, Quezon City. Some 38 square meters of an unfurnished studio type condo unit. That is about 409 square feet, ready for new occupants - well, just dust the place, throw in a bed & beddings, lounge set, TV, ref and you can settle down to your very own place in the Philippines. It has been repainted, the air-con is working and hot & cold water is available on demand!!

You don't look forward to cooking? Mc Donalds is just a block away and it is open from early morning! Eateries abound all around, Subway, Shakeys, Wagyu Steak to name just a few.

I think it should be noted that there are about 65 restaurants within walking distance and the mall offers shopping, movies and other amenities.

Also, for those so inclined, there is a Catholic Church on the premises and medical clinics.)

You never heard of Eastwood in Quezon City, Philippines? Not to worry, almost everybody living in the Greater Manila Area knows about it and where it is! Why don't you google it?

My place, errr, my friend's condo, is in Parkview Tower1 along Orchard Road. It's just across the

Four elevators serve the tenants.

Parkview Tower 1 was made by MegaWorld.

Across the street is a Metrobank branch. It is at the left most but there is no signage.

So let's go up to 38H, some 38 square meters, unfurnish, studio type condo on offer.

This is the living room. Immediately to the left is the kitchen and next to it, also on the left, is the bedroom.

After the darkened kitchen is the bedroom.

The view from the living room: SM Marikina is on the right.

By the way, the title to the condo is in our possesion, unencumbered, with taxes till the end of December 2015 all paid for. Also. my friend and I can normally make contact by email or phone within five minutes. Unless it's a problem with my internet provider!
